I paid $5K for mine and it had a tree fall on the hood and fender on the driver's side...
the interior is VERY clean (center console cover, e-brake handle, e-brake boot, shift knob, and shift boot are really the only bad bits..)

we're lucky though in that I-6's are one of the most inharently stable engine designs as most of the harmonics are cancelled out...

try sourcing the calipers through ckanderson in his vendor section, I think he mentioned something about them...
which would allow a MUCH broader torque band, as you could program in ANY cam design, and you wouldn't be hindered by slopes, ect...
the issue is simple though, making it reliable...
