can't fill from the bottom as they the oil will block up the port and cause issues... in your last diagram, the nipple at the front of the manifold goes down under, then up through the middle by the injectors, passes over and connects to the BOV. That is if I remember right...

the stock style clamps hold far better than any worm gear clamps (which is why I went back to them to get rid of leaks on the stock accordian hose)

Yep... Those are OEM designed fans that are far more durable than most of the aftermarket ones. There is a reason that BMW still uses mechanical fans...durability.

they're seriously like $2.50 each from the dealer... luckily when I had my flywheel machined they told me they where bent and a local dealership had em in stock. Think it's the first time I've ever walked out of the dealership so cheap (under $10)

the other 14MM plugs that are actually down in the wells go to coolant passages, the top ones for oil...

Mechanical fan is MUCH more durable... same with the waterpump...

I find if the barces are missing from the turbo (like mine where) the loosen up very fast (around a month). I put the braces on and they don't back out nearly as easily (and yes the nuts are new, and I'm not gonna fight with those studs...)

There is a specific tool to pull them out without damaging them, but I doubt it's cheap... Also, make sure they're straight if they are reused. I know the ones on my flywheel where bent...

The one's on ebay are for RHD cars and I think they're knock offs of a rare part... But yes, one of the members of the community made a mirrored version of it for LHD cars and it was excellent quality... I would pick one up if it looked like that...
