You MUST set a goal, and look at what other people have done to get to that goal.
You will also need a budget.
Before you go off and buy anything, do a lot of research to understand what you're doing.
This isn't a flame, but you need to understand what needs to be done or you will waste...
air filter /= fuel filter
Fuel is already filtered numerous times before it even gets to your tank. Then it has to get past the sock, and then it has the fuel pump itself that would be damaged before it's even making it to the fuel filter.
Point being, the fuel filter was hidden for a reason. More than likely it will take out the pump sock and the fuel pump before it would clog the filter.
99.9% of the time, the fuel filter is NOT the cause...
Hence why people still replace em...
They feel better knowing it's replaced when it's a complete waste 99% of the time.
Much like changing your oil all the time...
The suspension design is progressive, meaning a linear spring acts progressive to a certain extent.

Think he's talking about the revisions in the head design. As far as I know, there isn't enough difference to worry about it, especially if you have port work done...
