The dragger is considered one of the bet exhausts for staying silent...on a turbo car.
N/A is a totally different ballgame, you don't have a large restriction in your exhuast quieting it down...
having continuty isn't enough, the sheilding has to be grounded on one end (from what I remember)
as I have a new wiring harness it's not an issue... (but it was after the shop broke the knock sensor and jacked the wiring...)
-MKIV has better brakes (best in it's class at the time)
-better headlights (I didn't say look better, just are functionally better)
-was made to handle high speeds (there is a reason the wing was put on...)
Don't get me wrong, I love my MKIII, but a MKIV would be a nice DD...
is the pressure plate or clutch fork worn (like they have been contacting)?
have someone hit the clutch while you look at the front crank pully, does it move in/out when the clutch is pushed?
reminds me a lot of the old school B+M kits...
I'd rock the hell outta that, not a huge fan of the wheels (personally I like 5 spokes better), but not saying I'd change a thing on the car looks wise...
BIC needs to reproduce that wing, betcha it would sell...
you people not liking the stout hood need to go to the corner with a dunce hat...
Anyway, stock for stock, I'd take the MKIV for a performance standpoint.
-stronger engine
-bigger tires (and you can fit huge amounts of rubber under those fenders)
-nearly indestructable tranny
Now...
The set screws don't get a good enough connection.
Stock style ones work fine, put covers on em if you think they're ugly, or go for the military style ones that get packed with grease...
The new GTR and the Challenger (and most new cars period) have a high wasteline that makes them look too tall.
The GTR masks this a bit with the lower rockerpanels being black, but the Challenger doesn't.
Yep, stock antenna her with an aftermarket deck.
Most aftermarket decks have a wire that will go to trigger the antenna to go up. If it's not connected it's not gonna work...
