Three things to check, that I can think of, in addition to SG's ideas. Dashpot on the throttle linkage... make certain that is set correctly. Throttle postition sensor setting. And check the ISC for a vacuum leak - a leak or faulty sensor here will give you a dodgy idle for sure.

The bigger injectors won't fit in the stock rail - but at that point, you're shooting for 1000+ hp, IIRC.

Ok, let me clarify something. In my book, the best parts are the ones that you bolt on and forget they are there, because they simply work. No odd little gliches to work out, no constant maintenance, just plug it in and keep going.

You bet it works. I've seen plenty of examples. Think about this. Two guys, exactly the same environment. One is nice to everyone he meets, the other is a jerk. If they both deal with the same number of people in the course of a year, the jerk will get treated badly more often by more...

I *like* my MAFT. Idle is easy to adjust, decent tuneability... overall, it just works.

BTW - I forgot to mention this - your engine is entirely too damn clean. How about going mudding with me this week? ;)

Yup, $3.50 / gallon here, after you convert from litres to gallons and CDN to USD. You think that's bad... check out France. Gasoline there is ridiculous... years back it was over $20 / gallon, I hate to think what it is now.

They mill off the entire lip and weld on another one. They can do some pretty amazing stuff with rims at the right place.

Can you replace it for that price? And still have money left over? If that's case, go for it.
