Just connect the old drive to the secondary IDE channel off the motherboard. You might need another ribbon cable. Make certain you get the ribbon cable inserted the right way around, on both ends.

Pioneer, I'm still running a stock CT. The MAFT allows me to tune fuel delivery and adjust where my fuel cut hits, I just haven't gotten to it yet.

You should be fine. The widely accepted number is 72, and stock ones can be reused as long as they aren't over torqued. The extra 2 foot pounds won't make a difference.

If the engine is in the car, put it in gear and engage the emergency brake. As long as it is a manual transmission, which your profile says it is. If the engine is out of the car, bolt something to the flywheel, like a long bar, and get someone to hold that while you torque the front.
