Get em from Champion. Also, most of the part store waterpumps use a cast impeller, while the stock is a stamped impeller. I've seen failures of the cast...

If I had a shell with no engine and none of the 7M specific extra parts (intercooler pipes, ect) then I would go 2J. If you have a rebuildable 7MGTE in a 7MGTE car, you could have a fully built 7M for the price of the 2J swap. Like I said, it depends a LOT on what you have to start with...
