    Why DLI won't fire COP

Threadjack! Sounds like someone is planning to put an air / water IC between the throttle body and the turbo outlet, right overtop of the valve covers. :) /Threadjack Let us know what you figure out about DLI firing COP.

Be careful - evidently some southern state has decided that this is outright theft, and starting handing out jail time for it. Morons.

    Need help a/s/a/p starter removal

25? It takes less than 15 minutes, and most of that is jacking up the drivers side and putting it on a jack stand. Both bolts come out the same way. Get a buddy to slide under the car and put a wrench on the back and hold it still. Thread 1 foot entensions in from the front of the...

    clutch change

Agreed. I can drop the tranny with a buddy who knows what they are doing in under 3 hours. Pulling the engine takes nearly a day of prepwork and then an hour with the hoist.

    cooling issue any ideas PLEASE

Try the block tester again, can't hurt. You said COPPER head gasket? The only copper ones I am aware of require you to O-ring the block... which comes with it's own list of issues. Do you know the brand of gasket that you used? You could have a cracked block or head - did you have either...

    Supramania.com stickers now available

Damn, that was you? You parked right next to me! :) I was seriously thinking of printing out my Avatar and pasting it on my shirt, or a hat, or some such, just so people would know who I was. No worries, I'll drop 'em in the mail quicklike, you'll have em shortly.

    single sub setups

Don't worry too much about the 'matching', despite what your neighbor thinks. Most of the time, speakers are killed by not enough power, causing clipping, which makes for uncontrolled movement of the speaker cone, which will tear it apart. Rarely, you can push too much power through a...

    OEM Throw out bearing?

OEM bearing for the Supra is a big metal unit - and it should not wear out. The one that I took out of my car at 125,000 miles was still in perfect condition. UNLESS... it was installed so that it couldn't quite disengage the TOB when the pedal is all the way up, causing the TOB to run with...

    Manual Boost Controller ???

This makes a bleeder type, which is not good. It allows metered air to leave the system, which will make your car run rich. Ball and spring types are the way to go.

    wtf i'm boiling over?

This is it. You need to let the car cool down after driving it hard - leave it on for an extra minute or two, and I bet it won't be a problem.

It would help if we had a list of your existing mods, then we'd know what you are missing.

Sometimes, yes. But check your line from the compressor side to the wastegate control for cracks first.

    Friends With Benefits

I told mine that I had found someone special, which I had. (Of course, I told her AFTER pounding her until she was sore. :P ) I married the someone special. I've never really seen the friend again. I'm not sorry, either, it was the right decision.

    Downpipe

You are going to need a new screen name. And some practice launching with a lot more power at your disposal. It's possible to cut a 1.9s 60foot in a Supra on street tires. Not easy, but it can be done.

2005 Porsche 911 Carrera vs F4i vs ME.

I think we'll have problems with aerodynamics trying to turn our cars into airplanes much above 160mph. Porsche knows how to build a car. The Lambos I've seen were plenty fast, but I wouldn't trust the fit and finish on a car that is assembled with a sledgehammer. Ferrari... bleh. I'd buy...

Meh, I bet it's steam as in exhaust. If he really had a blown HG, his compression wouldn't be as even.
