Sounds like the cold start injector is still firing even when the engine is warm. Or at least that is all I can think of that might cause these symptoms. Try pulling the sensor from the thermostat housing for the CSI and see if the problem still exists.

MDC is dead on the money. Pressure goes down and flow goes up with the SP61. By quite a bit, actually.
