    No, there shouldn't be much movement in the clutch fork, it doesn't matter what gear the tranny is in. You mean that you can't roll the car with the tranny in neutral? Sounds like your tranny is FUBAR'd... or the EBrake is still on!

    I don't think the EGR is connected to anything. If it is, just skip the EGR setup and continue.

    Any shop with a surface grinder that can handle the deck height of our block can do this, if you pull the engine and completely disassemble the block.

    2JZ octane vs. PSI maps will not translate evenly to a 7M, I'm afraid. You need flow vs compression to baseline it.

    You run the lines to the catch can and from there back into the intake. Remember that you will have to empty the catch can periodically.

    Just pull the starter off and see if the engine will turn from the front pulley then. Starter is only a 15 minute job with a buddy. If that solves it, take the starter to a shop and have them beat it into submission.

    I asked this before, and was told that it has this nipple as well. I haven't actually seen one in person to verify this, but I've no reason to doubt it.

    You can delete those lines if you have the EGR plates installed AND you don't need to pass smog.
