Do not buy an unsprung hub. While it may be the ultimate in performance, the thrust washer in the R154 tranny can't take the abuse, so you would be rebuilding transmissions on a regular basis. Really sucks taking a tranny out, taking it apart, replacing a $5 part, then putting it all back...

Depends on what you want - fast spool, better reliability, and lower potential power limits = 57 trim. Slower spool (tho not by much), slightly shorter lifespan, and higher potential power = 60 trim. As for which one is faster, that's anyone's guess. Try 'em both. :D

Try Shawn's suggestion, I can't think of another way to easily figure this out.

Computer will whine and complain if you try to use a single wire sensor. Get a 3 wire - even if you have to splice it into the wiring harness manually. Last I checked, MDCMotorsports on here had a shitload of stock O2 sensors for sale pretty damn cheap.

They were close. One is just a bit bigger - as though they used one tap size larger in diameter.

I have to say that every BHG I've helped to repair ended up taking long enough to get everything machined properly. You'll end up waiting a day here and a day there for little parts that you hadn't anticipated replacing anyhow.

I've no idea what the two threads are, actually. I do, however, know that the oil pressure sender that came on my first block will not thread into the hole on my second one, as it is too large. It looks like a stock sensor, but who knows?
