As someone else had this issue, and I know your coils are mounted on the firewall, make sure that the wires are seperated properly.
You could always go to the IS300 coils...
My point is, the stock IC with decent piping will take anything a CT will throw at it. It's pointless to upgrade unless you're going with a larger turbo...
FPR should always have it's own dedicated line, don't T into it.
Stock turbo has a larger line coming off the front of the manifold that wraps down around the intake and back up over the engine to the BOV. It's the second largest vacuum line after the brake booster IIRC...

Zero pressure drop was seen when he tested. You'll probably have even worse flow with the left to right flow intercooler kits that have 180 degree bends in them and a couple more feet of piping...
