Loose shifter = bad shifter bushings. get em from marlin crawler or driftmotion. If the clutch isn't slipping, don't mess with it right now, there are better places to spend your money.

Depends. On the pre-89 cars the fender piece is two parts so it's easy to pull, on an 89+ you neer to either loosen or remove the front bumper (I loosened and the bumper will flex, but if I did it again I'd just drop the bumper). Cooleeze pipes are 2.5" at their smallest FYI.

My felpro gasket isn't leaking in that spot, but the EGR cooler gasket is.

Only issue is with break-barrels the scope isn't mounted to the barrel so it's a bit of a pain to keep it zeroed (that's why the iron sights are where they are). Other than that, they're great rifles and plenty powerful.

Personally I'll be going with bilstein's and stock springs since you can lower the spring perch on the bilstein's... KYB's are a bit stiffer than stock as well.

It's never been proven back to back like the normal big mouth DP vs DDP have. More than likely you won't get as much power, but it will be a significant change.
