    GrimJack's latest build project

I'm sure that eventually I'll end up with a bigger turbo. I'd *like* to hold of on that until variable vaned setups are available aftermarket. The entire fuel system was really a matter of, I have it apart, I have the money, why not take care of it now. :) Some specs... - JE pistons @ 20 over...

    Does Jetjock = Jdub?

He was another casualty of politics. Didn't agree with most american views, and couldn't leave it alone. I think he will be happier at a forum without an OT section.

Fuel upgrade kit from HPF - how does it assemble? Pics included

Here's a pic of the components. Unfortunately it came with no instructions... so I'm kinda guessing how it all goes together. I'm guessing from the front of the fuel rail, you pull off the stock FPR, elbow fitting to elbow on braided hose, straight section into AFPR, another straight section...

real supra news... please read if you think there will be a new supra

That's because there is plenty of prior evidence to suggest that Toyota would be VERY close mouthed about the possibility.

    mystery wire, troubled starter!

Actually, I don't do alcohol, but that's ok, next time we run into each other at a meet you can pick me up some OJ. :D Of course, Virginia is about as far away from me as you can get without leaving the continent... ;)

    mystery wire, troubled starter!

What the??? Are you just trying to pull the starter off? If so, you don't need to take off anything else, just the starter. You'll need two people, but it's worth the beer to bribe someone to help. Get yourself a couple feet of extensions for a ratchet, including some short ones. Put the...

    mystery wire, troubled starter!

Unbolt the fuel lines. The wires plug in on the block, and on the tranny, as I recall. The tranny ones are a BITCH to get at.

    87 7M vs 90 7M

Different crank - the 90 has more counterbalancing. Different engine mounts as well, round vs. square, but that's not really dependent on the 7M.

Anyone have a pic showing color of injector plugs in order?

I'm reasonably certain that they are grey, brown, grey, brown, grey, brown, from 1-6. But if anyone happens to have a pic (or know where the hell to find this in the TSRM), I'd appreciate it. :)

    NFS Carbon

Now at 75%. I'm going to go work on my engine some more. Oh - I bought a Porsche GT. It's nice and fast, handles wicked, and sounds like an F1 car.
