    CarPC Build Underway

The 8"? I don't think that will fit in the dash... Are you mounting it somewhere else? If you pull the case off, measure the inside and let me know how big the bare electronics are!

Damn it... I need to create a speech

You're from CA, right? How about car mods, or appropriate penalties for street racing? Find that article about the car that failed the smog test in CA because he'd removed the exhaust / cat - after it was converted to electric, and therefore produced zero emissions, and go nuts.

    HPF feramic clutch disc

Not quite - I use the full face version of that disc, though, and I'm happy with it so far. Makes some odd squealing noises when it's cold, but it holds fine.

I am doing the same. Have you decided on any of the parts yet?

    Worn Out Stock B.O.V.?

Good point, JJ. I need to stop listening to what people guess it is and check the obvious things. Looking at this from the very beginning... I'm not sure I'd even want to try to pin this problem on a boost leak in the first place. The first thing I would do is check for engine error codes...

    Worn Out Stock B.O.V.?

Well, Petey is kindof right. It does create a boost leak, however, it's not usually a big enough one that your turbo can't push enough air to overcome it. You'll definitely be overspinning your turbo, but I've seen lots of Supras live through this without any real problems. I'd test the...

    Supramania.com stickers now available

I don't have any pics of the silver ones, but they aren't dark at all. Think raw aluminum.

    Worn Out Stock B.O.V.?

Pull off your stock unit and attempt to blow through it. If you can, it's pooched. This is actually fairly common - however, this doesn't usually create THAT big of an effect, makes your turbo spool a little slower is all. If it's toast, you'll need a replacement - either a bosch style unit...

Taking out the motor leaving the trans

Top tranny bolts are easy, you just need to convince your girl that she would like to grease up her arm, slide it up next to a cold transmission, and pull two bolts out for you. :D On the serious side, pulling the tranny with the engine is SO much easier.

Help picking out a clutch. (I searched, please don't hurt me)

Agreed - for this level, you should only need to upgrade one part or the other. I went the other route with an upgraded disc - the HPF full faced Feramic - and a stock PP.

Looking for opinions on this intercooler kit

As far as I remember, you can post all the ebay links you like. If you're the seller, you need to post a price that members can buy it for... but I'm pretty sure that djordan97 isn't associated with this guy's ebay store. That kit *looks* like all the right stuff... the price seems low, which...

    Dynamite hot?

You used 5 drops of SC? In a bowl? Holy crap. I have both Dave's and this, SC puts Dave's to shame. I like hot, but 5 drops of SC would leave me in physical pain. Agreed on the Staggs, though, their 'hot' just doesn't measure up.

Pressure Test Coolant leak where is this coming from.

Unlikely. :( If you are talking about towards the battery location from the water pump, the only thing carrying water in that direction that I can think of is the water jacket around cylinder #1, which would mean a leak in your head gasket more than likely.

Pressure Test Coolant leak where is this coming from.

Above the water pump is the thermostat housing, which has a bunch of lines coming off it, any one of which could be causing your leakage. There are two coming off the back that go to the turbo, and another one off the bottom that goes to the coolant hard line that runs around the block...

    *New to Supra's*

Grrr... I can't believe I have to explain this *AGAIN*, to another newb. Can't you newbs read the FAQ? That light is the indicator for low coolant levels in your coolant overflow, put some more coolant in there and it should turn off. If not, you either have a defective sensor in your...

I've never been fond of Mercedes - mostly because of their service record. I have yet to see one that's half as reliable as a Ford, and that's saying something coming from me.

A couple problems, experts chime in:)

Have you tried manually grounding the ECU? Run a temp wire, reset, see if it still comes back.
