Surprised nobody mentioned the Bridgestone Potenza S-03, I love mine, they're great in dry and wet conditions, really surprised me in the wet.

If one were so inclined, you could just splice the connector from your 88 steering wheel onto the 89 wheel (you'd have an extra wire just hanging there, but I'm pretty sure the other wire colours all match up.
That's the way everyone I know of did it, and I couldn't get anyone to help me do it...

It does nothing but provide a signal for the stock boost gauge.
It's on the driver's side of the engine bay, don't have a pic, but it has a vac line going to it, and it says Boost Pressure Sensor on it (or similar)

I don't think the difference would be as pronounced as you claim, but I haven't seen any dynos to prove either way.
I'd like to see an N/A guy dyno his car in 3rd and 4th and post the sheets.
Well they said not to post Supra, so people who don't use their Supra, or have something else, have to post that.
My Supra is daily driven every day from May to September. :)
