A full set of bearings are cheap/easy enough to replace. While the engine is on the stand, flip it upside down and spend an hour putting new bearings in.

Like Crisp said....It's pretty quite until you don't want it to be. Even then, it does not resonate to/thru the car. It does a great job of projecting/keeping the sound behind you.

Yeah, it would've been nice to have a few more angles to choose from; but, when you're presented with a challenge, you just try to work with whatcha got!
Start the car and let it come up to operating temp (the normal spot on your temp gauge). Drive it around the block a few times or something. Nothing aggressive at all. NO BOOST!
Then let it cool down completely. 8-10 hours. As stated above, overnight is good.
Do this 5 times. Then...
After you do all that you want to do and are ready to start the car, locate the fuse box. It's right behind the battery.
Pull off the cover and pull out the EFI Fuse. The Fuse Box Cover has a diagram on it. Use that diagram to locate the EFI Fuse if necessary.

Yeah, there are a couple Supra owners that I know over there. I don't think either of them are on the road though. You know...the typical Supra scenario. ;)
Tekdeus is putting down 500+ on an engine with a MHG and stock internals. He has other goodies too; but, internals are stock.
