I hate heli-coils; but, thread inserts would be good to install on the exhaust side. Knock sensor mod wouldn't be a bad idea either.

If it's aluminum.....it can be polished. BLING'n Baby! :biglaugh: Yeah, the previous owner used a bunch of silicone sealer on mine. That made a bunch of work for me though. It was a pain to get all of it off. It took a chisel, sandpaper, scotchbrite pad, and around 40 minutes of my time...
