Need pictures! Then we can figure out what action needs to be taken to get it fixed.

Shit. Now I have to to stab myself in the eyes. Bastard.

    Anyone taken a polygraph?

How exactly did you find that out, Mike? ;) Seriously, it's not a big deal. It's not being nervous that is going to screw up the results, it's getting a lot MORE nervous when answering a specific question. And it's not entirely nervousness, either - the machine can't measure how nervous you...

    Brave Man

I've broken 4 or 5 by now, but never had any damage make it through to my skull - although the wife might just disagree. No, this wasn't me, I was helping with the carrying.

Interesting Read on the use of Chrome moly in roll cages

Cliffs: Looks like the biggest couple of race car manufacturers are using something other than good engineering and quality components to get their chassis to pass the inspection process. It would take an awful lot of independent research to figure out if the guys writing the articles are...

    Brave Man

Had the same thing happen here to the mountain bikers, only with their helmet. Helmet fractured in a line, squeezed up against his cheek, then snapped shut. Worse yet, all this happened while crashing on solid rock doing a good 30 mph downhill. Carrying the guy off the mountain with half the...

86.5 mkiii with snows v.s 93 nissan maxima

Supras run NICE with snow tires. Better traction than SUVs with all season radials on them.

    z32 then hopefully mkiv

I *very* rarely respond to locked threads, this, however, could use a bit of elaboration if only for clarity. So, what's wrong with this thread? Allow me to show you. - It is in the Mk4 section, and has virtually nothing to do with Mk4s. They are mentioned in passing, that's it. - It is...

    Traction control display

Actually, depends on the tires. I'm making well over the stock power and the tires I have will NOT break loose unless it's on wet pavement or black ice.

    Jig Saw?

LOL - you betcha, but it's not going to help. I prefer DeWalt. To be honest, both Makita and Porter Cable are decent as well, and any of them is likely overkill for a hobbyist.

    Traction control display

The only guy with acceleration traction control is IJ, and that's from his standalone ECU. Most Mk3's have antilock brakes, and you don't need a lamp to tell when that's active, you can hear it and feel it.

What is the hook thing for?

It works better when the seat belt retracting springs aren't all worn out, like they are on virtually every Supra on the planet. Somebody should make new ones...

    MK2 vs. MK3

Agreed on the parts list - problem is finding those in North America. I dunno how common they are over the pond, but here you've got a better chance of finding a 2000GT than a Crown.

For everyone who wanted the Mk3 Supra font

Right click, save as. Then open your control panel, open fonts, select install new font from the menu, browse to the download location, pick the Supra font, and you're set. Now you will have this font in all your programs.

For everyone who wanted the Mk3 Supra font

If he's super stingy, just create it again and give it away for free. That'll get him all riled up. :D Aren't the Mk2 & Mk3 ones awfully close? Do you have some pics of the Mk2 original?

    MK2 vs. MK3

The heated side mirrors I would miss. I always run with an alarm / remote start, so the keyholes are a 'meh...' The knock sensor can be fixed. But that ugly mini-spoiler on the 85+ has got to go.

For everyone who wanted the Mk3 Supra font

You're welcome, folks. It's been driving me nuts for years that I couldn't get this font, and really, it's not *that* much work to make one, so eventually I just decided to put in the time and get it done.
