also, the steering shaft should have a cover on it. that hose is misplaced. it shouldnt loop thru like that. dont believe thats a fuel return since it isnt a shaped hose.

by design, these should start to open before the preset boost amount. the reason why is creep. if the valve is small it needs to open a little early or it will overshoot boost. on an ext gate, it doesnt need to open until the desired boost level...

dont think the isc would effect it. is there enough slack to swap the #2 and #1 injector wiring? i can hardly imagine its wiring since you have a brand new harness. but its worth a look if you can do it.

the pt61 comes in a few flavors and can pretty much be built to whatever you are looking for. i am a big fan of the .68 a/r. can make great power and the spool is fairly quick too. if you want ultra fast spool you can get the T350 turbine and .58 a/r. max power will be lower of course...
i just dont buy the arguement of its heavy so its lame to try and make it lighter.
i am not going to try and convince someone they need/should buy lightweight seats. but at the same time im not going to discount someone's efforts to lighten up the car.

egr has been gone. csi i didnt bother with b/c i live in a warm state, not driven in the winter.
isc is gone b/c im running speed density via maftpro.
any could have been incorporated into the manifold, i just chose not to.
