as you saw from th CAD drawing the diameter is taken from the highest point on the pulley grove itself (the 5.295 for A/C, and the 5.498 for Water/Alt, and Power Steering). The same thing applies to the pulleys themselves.

according to ARP, both studs and bolts should stretch. That is why they recommend installing and uninstalling the studs/bolts three times and then measuring the bolt stretch. If it stretched within spec tighten to install value and done.

technically it has less K/Cal per gallon then gasoline but with the higher octane rating it can compensate with a leaner mixture and more advanced timing :)
