yeah, i like how they're black when they're off though...would be cool to take out the lens, put a clear one it like you said and it would be cool if you can put some kind of a film on them or something that would darken em when it's darker out, you know, like how them eye glasses work...but...
my friend says that i have this noise because of the new 975 compcam valve springs i put in. is he right? another friend of mine said the sound can be the exhaust valves smackin' the seat. i'm still gonna shim them, i'm just wondering..are they right?

just as an update, i was gonna run the TPS tests today while i was at work(i have a lot of free time) but i forgot the print out i made of your post...
yes, meter should be on K-ohms.
put the feeler gauge in whatever size it says, put the leads on the ones it says, and move the tps to get in within what is says.
i did some searching and it came down to lotek. mine fit pretty good, could use a small trimming in on area but i didnt feel like fucking with it. color isnt exact, but its real close and not noticable
take out the old one. put this adapter on the new sensor and then screw the thing into the original spot.

oh that lever..damn..okay. i'll run these tests soon and report the results. i'm just trying to follow the tsrm as i am always told, but i'll perform the tps tests your way as i can see now the tsrm tests are for the calibration and we have a different situation here. okay maybe i dont know...

i know how do some wiring diagnostics, but i dont know what numbers i'm supposed to be seeing or what tests to run for this.
