I never knew getting into reverse could be so....complex. I just push the clutch in slide it into reverse and go. guess I'm one of the lucky ones! :biglaugh:

All you need is a set of wire stripper/crempers and some cremp caps from your local radioshack, auto parts store, or even walmart.
Cut the red wire on the radio harness somewhere in the middile of its length and strip about 1/3 inch off each end. take the wire you intend to plug...
Think I have an extra set of pedals somewhere around here.......not sure anymore. I have lots of extra crap....but no clutch fork. Yea they are different size drive shafts.

Wow that sucks...just keep them and look on ebay....ocassionaly you can find single jdm lights. If you want them to look better get some light duty creamy coumpound and a high speed buffer. 2~3 passes then a good coat of carnuba wax and they will look good as new:thumbup:

:biglaugh: If they look boiled from the coolant they probably are fouled.....just get a new set if they look bad. Clean them up and see if they work first. Your plugs should be alright... just make sure they are clean. My wires fell appart because they were so fried by the coolant :nono: ...
I think know exactly what happend:biglaugh: There is a coolant line that runs to your throttle body. Check to see if it is properly attached or if it has a leak. Same thing happend to my n/a after I changed the plugs and wires.
That hose gets brittle from heat and you probably bent it out...
Civics built right? Maybe where you live but not here! I would build one the right way. However here in Memphis it is usualy just a fartcan, intake, giant wheels, and cut springs. Damn forgot the neons........cant forget those.:sarcasm:

What I was told is that too tight will lead to burnt valves and too loose leads to valve tapping. The reason for the burnt valve is it holds the valve open a little durring the combustion cycle when it needs to be closed. Better too loose than too tight. I would aim for dead center.
