I won't be working on the system I am just getting the valves then taking it to my mechanic where he can empty out the system then properly refill it with R134 but I just want to know if those valves with those part numbers are $60 each because that can't be right.
Hopefully my dealer with have it thanks for the part numbers I really appreciate it. I thought the high side was better to have the 90 degree adapter? Isn't that the one on the compressor housing?
Just looked up those part numbers, $60 dollars for each valve?
Yea I know about that TRD shifter but I really like the one I posted, I may buy it and type up a review thread to let you guys know if nobody else has used it before.
My OEM shifter is fine the leather is just messed up on it mostly, there is a small piece of the glass part that is a little...
I read the other thread that was about shift knobs but I came across this little gem and I think it looks great; however, I am weary of fake TRD shift knobs and was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this particular shift knob or can guide me to finding a real one...
Well I went to Toyota and told them what I needed and they didn't have the service ports, also on their diagram for my AC system it doesn't show the ports in the same place as they are on my car. They then told me to get it from an auto parts store.
Alright I am finally getting around to doing the conversion and am going to take it to my mechanic to let him diagnose my system to check if I have leaks or anything, so I need to get the R134 service ports. Are these the ones I need from Advance Auto...
I meant the 6in diameter seal that the motor bolts down onto to cushion it between the chassis or strut tower. If all goes to shit with those seals I'll figure out a replacement lol.
That is one thing that turns me off about the bushings it would be nice to get bushings that I don't have to...
Speaking of TEMS, where can I get replacement seals for the motors? The rubber piece that sits between the motor housing and the chassis look brittle and worn.
I plan on replacing my 2 front speakers and 2 rear speakers in my 91 mk3, my main concern is connecting it to the stock cables do I have to worry about them being coaxial or anything like that or are they all the same? Also do I have to worry about wattage I do not plan on getting a full system...
Yea I read I should use lots of lube when pressing the bushings in.
Is it difficult to replace the stock springs/shocks with new ones or is it better to take it to a shop to do it?
Yea but I've read that some people have noise issues and some love them.
EDIT: I just remembered that was actually with the RED poly bushings that some people had noise problems with. Has anyone here used the Energy Bushing set from DriftMotion?
I tried searching but it just confused me even more lol. I want to replace my suspension with B&G lowering springs, Tokico Illumina TEMS shocks, do our cars have struts or is it a 2 in 1 sort of thing?, and replace the bushings while I am down there. What I want to know is what are the best...
