    To add, setup a mirror or a friend and pull the cooler line hose off and put it in a bucket. slowly increase the rpms and see at what psi its starts dumping oil. Mine did at 20psi, although not full flow. I shimmed it initially which helped but still had bleed off at anything over 20psi. Now...

    keep in mind that if the timing belt tension pulley is tq'ed to much and the #1 cylinder does warp, it will cause blowby with minimal affects on compression. ***i have not found this for myself, but fear it once i pull my block apart per info from an old timer.***

    i highly doubt the 80amp (iirc) alt. will handle hits of 50-60 amps from a decent cooling fan on start up and then 30-40 amps continous draw mixed with headlights, stereos etc...

    once you remove the o2 sensor, it isnt going to matter how happy the ecu is in closed loop. that is the goal of pulling the stock o2, to keep it in open loop all the time so that a piggy back can actually have control over af ratios. vf jumps out the nearest window

    89 with 93,000 miles, $7200. I have SOME of the receipts that total more then $15000 ($4000 for car) from the previous owner. From a head job, stopper hg, sp61, rims, paint, suspension, exhaust, IC piping,cooling system upgrades, TONS of oem parts replaced through out etc, etc... quite a list...

    oem has been proven over and over, its all in the tune(and good working supporting mods). A factory rebuild is exactly what i am going to do for my 400-500whp goals (If this one lets go). how much can you get rings, .20 pistons, bearings and rods for?
