    ^ what do you tune with? sounds normal, mine goes rich for a split second and then lean if i stay out of the gas. The split second of lean when you hit the gas sounds like the injector correction (term?) that jdub has mentioned. ill see what i can dig up...

    The bypass valve opens at high vac and allows air through increasing drive ability at low throttle. Adjuster hit on this point ALONG time ago. LEAVE IT ALONE!

    you've had two of the best give you shake down, you should be honored. Usually the old timers (no offense) would ignore or offer very little digging in threads that start so poorly.

    the rotating assembly *should* be balanced to what ever balancer your using.

    Keep the maft pro and sell the other stuff, as for the injectors i would say it depends on your HP goals and if you really need the fuel. why would you need the safc to tune on top of the maft pro?

    i use fogging oil for things like this that will sit. Any atv/jetski/motorcycle shop should have it.

    there are a few members on here that will put the bottom end together for you. If you cant find a GREAT machine shop in your area i highly suggest it!!! I was going to go this route before i found one i feel is more then qualified.

    stock 35psi or so, id try to please vf's at idle at least and see where it lands you on the top end (puts me wayyyyy rich)

    Valve Cover Gasket ???

    replace the third valve cover as well (covers the sparkplug valley). You can either replace it or use oil drain plug gaskets that fit on the hex head bolts (four big ones).
