The fuel pump system on the supra isn't like a chevys. When you are cranking the car thats when its feeding fuel, not like a chevy when you turn the key to acc and she starts whining.

they are very cheap to rebuild as well i was going to go the hx35 route but ended up finding a garrett gt40r for a better price. Holset are great turbos I've seen diesels beat and beat on them for 100s of thousands of miles and they are still spooling great
