We need more information. What Turbo did you install, is the down pipe stock, and is the exhaust stock. Whining will either be a turbo or a small exhaust leak.

^what peste said and make sure to watch the mounts when you pull the motor, they tend to stick and if they don't come all the way out you'll rip them in half costing more money, just a warning good luck!

may also be the high pressure line blowing fluid on the seal, my high pressure line did the same thing. Check that as well
