You guys are right its the harness. I over looked part of it. I started the car today and jiggled the wire and the car shut off.

Does it backfire from the intake or exhaust? And did the car start this out of nowhere or did you do something under the hood and now it does it? Check your codes also. that shoud be the first thing you do

Yeah, you need to calibrate the Tps sensor in order for it to get a correct reading on the Throttle position.
