That is a hugely odd size. Are you sure of the size?? It sounds like you're after a flange to weld onto a pipe. The diameter of the flange end needs to be 4 inches, and the ID of the pipe needs to be 3.25 inches. Is that correct? If so, just use a regular sized v band to fit the turbo, then...

You should use whatever rings your piston manufacturer specifies.

We've used doorman plugs (standard size) in the past, but they tend to come out during inopportune times. Such as on the dyno or driving down the road. Hence forth, we've used ONLY toyota supplied casting (freeze) plugs for these cars.

I guess you received these gears in a box that was marked for a 7mgte? It'll state the application on the side of the aem box.
