I've bled the system alone many times. Crack the bleeder and push the slave cylinder rod into the slave cylinder. Do this by pushing the clutch fork toward the slave thru the inspection cover. Keep the rod compressed then close the bleeder.

I have a *NEW* 7m-ge pump. It's different than the 7m-gte pump. Otherwise I would have used it in my build.

Matt- check your ignition timing. If you can't do it, gimme a call at 812.243.2113 and I"ll cruise your way around 630 or so. I'm sure we can get it to run well. Given it's not something catastrophic such as a BHG or your radiator being plugged.

That is a hugely odd size. Are you sure of the size?? It sounds like you're after a flange to weld onto a pipe. The diameter of the flange end needs to be 4 inches, and the ID of the pipe needs to be 3.25 inches. Is that correct?

We've used doorman plugs (standard size) in the past, but they tend to come out during inopportune times. Such as on the dyno or driving down the road. Hence forth, we've used ONLY toyota supplied casting (freeze) plugs for these cars.
