auto is fine.. Not sure what will be needed on the trans mount. Your speedo wont work, as the aristos is electronic and the mkiiis is mechanical. The trans will probably hold 400whp.

they really arn't much different.. and can use the obd2 ecu to get rid of the lean spot..

you have to use the motor mounts from what crossmember you have if swapping a pre 89 in you need pre 89 mounts..

FWIW.. my pops (lexus tech) can do a 90k service in less then 3 hours (includes timing belt).. Doesn't matter how fast its done.. its whats charged in the book.. he can get the belt done in less then an hour if all goes well..
