wow the biggest nut swing ever.. think for your self instead of aimlessly follow your fearless leader.
Ok you Might be able to use the map ecu to run 900whp, but try putting pump gas back in and boost 18 psi or so.. Say you're using 760cc injectors (2x the stock 380s, and wont give you...
I dont care who he is. That statment is retarded..
To be honest though, it is true I guess.. Just run enough octane you wouldn't have to worry about it.. I wouldn't dream of trying to push that setup on pump gas with any kind of boost though..
He is retarded if he says using a map ecu to tune a 1jz to 900whp is no problem. The correction on the map signal would be crazy and I wouldn't even think of running any kind of boost with timing numbers all over the place. Maybe you misunderstood what he said.
at the o2 sensor
Pin 1 - BR-W (brown with stripe) is Heater Ground
Pin 2 - B-R (black, red stripe) is +12v
pin 3 - R-L (red blue stripe) is o2 signal
pin 4 - BR (Brown) is ground

edit: oops those are Ox2
Ox1 is
Pin 1 - B-L (Black, Blue Stripe) is...
18x10 +35 275 tires.. its 4x4ing on eibachs though.. same wheels thats in my sig (a good 1/2" or so lower then the eibachs on coilovers) my fronts stick in though, need a spacer eventually :( Very slight rub on the rear with full compress.. so gotta roll it when throw a 295 on ;)
heres...
DrBowser has this turbo.. Its awesome.. I rode in the car, and feels like a ct spool wise, it comes on very fast (dunno the rpms #s though).. I would imagine its not much different then his old 60-1 ct he had before (i never rode in that car though)
I'm all about aggresive offsets, but thats just rediculous.. I could even see a bit (5 maybe 10mm) more then I have
but thats just.... too much.. like a little low rider with the wire wheels that stick out of the wheel wells..
haha I'll let you know.. I need a clutch&FW for my 1.5jz.. but current plans are to use my 2j cars clutch and FW and buy a tripple carbon for the 2j (going 71+ when I do go single) so it has the FW too.. just ahve to sell my 87 to afford the clutch!
The twin will die faster at elevated boost levels, but running 16+ psi for short instances wont kill them instantly.. but You will over spin the turbos and thus shorten their life span..
congrats!
I'm interested in the 2jzge flywheel? so you have to redrill it for the 7m clutch?
I've always wondered about a 2jzgte flywheel with a 2jzgte PP and a custom Disc (with r154 spline count) anyone know if it'd be possible? would open up a lot of options for clutches on jz swapped...
get new rear rims.. you're going to need more then a 245 with the 4088 ;)
I'd say 245/35.. the sidewall will be ~ 1/4 and inch smaller.. what sizes are the front.. might have to go smaller too.. ruberbands on the rear and thick sidewalls up front might look odd..
