Wow, that was worth a good finger cramping ;). That pretty much covers it. If this guy will buy ARP studs for the rebuild, it will make getting the head on perfectly straight A LOT easier, just remove the hood of the car.

The tight bend itself is the restriction. Let's do an experiment, which will flow air through it easier: A 90 degree bend like what this guys setup is, OR, a more gradual 45 dregree bend posioned right where the 3k pipe ends? Inner diameter of the piping isn't the only factor of how well the air...

So I hear those Marlin Crawler guys from that link posted on the first page are also pretty damn good at rebuilding our r154 trannies too. Anyone had experience with them?
