Cut off the bottle-neck in the 3k pipe first, that way it's about the same size as your new pipe ;). Don't cut the new one first (I like those lips on the ends that will keep the hoses from popping off ;)). Check out Aaron at drftmotion.com and see what his prices are on his couplers and t-bolt...
