I would just use the P&P unit.. or is there any advantage of the race unit?
If you want to slim down the harness just have someone or im sure you can do it, go through it and strip the wires that you wont need, leaving the essentials like you listed, and a few extra for inputs/outputs you...
its not a factory garrett part.. you will have to order it from a company that builds them..
search for gt3082r

thats on the harness near the firewall, from whats pictured its right at the front turbo which is where the PPS connector is on a rhd car. You have to extend it 2 feet or so to reach the pps valve on the left hand side for your lhd car.
I've sold the car, so cant get any more pics.. but I just bent them up like 3-4 inches and removed the bolt holding them (threaded hole you see in the pic)
you have to tap in the firewall a little bit.. its not that big of a deal.. I just bent up the abs lines
heres what I did.. and I did it after the paint.. only a minor crack in it ::doh::
fit fine
gas milage.. its getting like 20-21 mpgs.. with premium and not much performance doesn't seem worht it.. its nice otherwise.. nice and quite (cept my lousy noisy tires).. rivals a newer lexus imo..
mkiv works differently.. iirc their tach signal comes from the ecu not the ignitor like the a70.. Go by the 1jz wiring.. and it comes from pin 1 on the small plug
