When you said the odometer would be off I was thinking the odometer from the new gauge you would instal. I posted that to show how to change the numbers on the odometer in the swapped gauge to match the ones in the old one. Then again, you could just switch out odometers, but it takes about the...

I don't personally support reusing MHG's, BUT, if you do, you should at least take the precautionary steps that I mentioned earlier ;).

If you reuse the stopper, make sure you remove ALL viton from the gasket and clean off the block and you should already have the head done ;). All layers of the gasket must be free of viton, you should probably spray copper seal on the gasket when you instal it (make sure it's tacky right before...
