Are you getting a code? If the speed sensor is not hooked up to the Ecu you should be fine. It's used for speed cut.

You need to pull the c1 connector off your old na harness and run the black orange and black yellow to the Ecu through the 1j harness. The black red can be spliced into tue middle of the harness that's b+. You have all the plugs for the Ecu correct ? Then you just need to re wire for the...

I bypassed my clutch start switch and start with it in neutral. Jack the car and get under and have someone start it an listen for where exactly the noise is coming from.
