There should no problem whatsoever with overheating a supra do to boring the block out. The only reason it would do this would be due to improper HG installation or a tired cooling system in need of a refresher (new parts, hoses, rad., etc.). If you do not have the means to measure the bore...

Eh, maybe a little ricy and depending on how fast you get on and get off of it, it may cause unecessary wear to your drivetrain parts...

That's what I was thinking of doing, I bought the OBX knock off version of the bigger catch can a long time ago not knowing there weren't any baffles in it and it was just hollow... I'm gonna be buying another one it looks like ;).

There are plenty of inline engines (straight, slant, flat) that have two manifolds on the same side.
