Agreed 100%. Tanya, best of luck with the calendar. You can count on my purchase. :)
I hope you use my car and I hope you make some $$ for your efforts.
I just want a cool calendar for my wall. Kenny or Tanya will be great facilitators in making that happen either way. :)

Get a Toyota gasket. Well worth the $80.
And try writing as if you're going to turn it into your English teacher. It's difficult to understand parts of your paragraph because you don't use any punctuation. :)

That water is going somewhere. You gotta find out where. ;)
That's a ton to be burned off without significant smoke, so I bet you have a leak. I had a good leak at the back of the head and it dripped onto the exhaust and most all of it evaporated before hitting the ground. Took a while for me...
I'd consider taking out a loan for a super clean 92 turbo, manual, hardtop with under 100k and shadow grey in like new condition. That's what I'm bringing my own car up to and I'm sure I'll spend most if not all that 14k rebuilding mine.
They were available new a while back, but they lift not be now.
I recall it being somewhere near $600 for both ducts and lip.

I have no idea how fast the air moves through the intake system, but it will vary pending the location.
You're talking about a boost gauge sensor. This sensor does not flow. Air doesn't flow through that small nipple out to anywhere. I think of it as a static portion of the intake. Sure, air...
Yeah, and I do love your kit. I was referring more to a low profile or flush kit though. If I give up on the lower profile attempt and decide the $100 Halogen Hella H4 kit isn't good enough I'll be throwing some money your way... :)
I really dont like the stock headlights on the mk3, but fitting good, worthwhile replacements is a huge pain. I'm still waiting for some really good, really compact HID's to come along that fit into the stock headlight area without having to hack away the radiator support.
Yeah, my dream job would be to run a resto mod company for imports. Problem is its a saturated market and you need a large capital investment to get off the ground. Coming from a lower middle class family (I'm 24 and make more than either of my parents ever have) id have to provide a good chunk...
LED needles done except for one damn screw:
This shows how much a difference painting the needle makes:
I still need to find some screws for the speedo that are long enough. I think they are M2, but I can't find a retailer that carries anything even close. Once I find a...
Looks like you've already got most the easy go fast parts. I'd keep an eye on the mechanics of it, keep a good solid tune, work on suspension and interior/ICE. Did I mention maintenance, lol?
Yup. I love the challenge of turning a turd into the best thing it can be. First supra I flipped worked out perfectly. Profited 2 grand and didn't take any big shortcuts. Next two cars were a lot more work and returned a tiny profit.
The part I enjoy is wrenching on and driving cool cars, the...
Likely to soon to have a mossberg 500 as a little present to myself. My current house isn't very big, so there's definitely no panic room or anything. Just me, the girl, the dog and whatever my weapon of choice may be.

Thanks for all the input guys. I decided against this one. Main reason is all the things I'm looking to do with my car. This winter I have some big plans, including a completely new, from scratch, wiring harness. I bet that'll take me a solid month and I'll be taking up a garage spot that whole...
Fwiw, my mishimoto fit nearly perfectly. Shroud, height, depth were all spot on.
My only complaint was that the inlet and outlet were 2mm too small in diameter and I had to use extra worm gear clamps because the Toyota tension clamps don't grab enough.
Iwantmk3, do you have a CAD program? Id...
Yup, CRE had one in his mk3 and my gf has one in her civic. The Basslink 2 provides plenty of bass, is rather compact and economical. It will not fit in the mk3 trunk area and allow room for the targa. It's also nowhere near as tight-sounding as a lot of the nicer subs. But for the price (and if...
