    Coilover Suggestions

Tein. I have no basis for the aforementioned recommendation. They just look sexy as hell and have a good reputation. :dunno:

    Comprehensive Lighting Modification Thread

Messing with SMDs for my needles... :naughty: Looks incredibly messy and halfassed now, but it should turn out alright. I'm positive there are 100 better ways to mount these damn things, but this'll do for my prototype. :)

    Anyone use KYB GR-2 struts?

If you want to keep tems, there are only a few options. Tokico illuminas or trd, maybe another I don't know of? Personally, I'd love to go tein with the adjustment Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk

    God I hate People

Definitely dumb. They spent a lot of money to do that. Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk

    My heat stopped working...brr

There is a valve that flows coolant into your heater core (the part that warms the cabin air). That valve can sometimes fail. You can rig it a few different ways to stay open. Search for "heater valve stuck" or "heater valve fix" and I bet you'll find a few good threads with pics for how to fix...

Who offers carbon fiber hatches for mkiii's?

Agreed. It might be more worthwhile to get a plexiglass or Lexan window custom made.

Can u use the R154 clutch in the w58

You're right actually. I'll edit my post, I had that backwards. Doesn't the pressure plate and therefore the trans dictate the flywheel? The engine definitely doesn't matter. It's the same crank. Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk

Where can I find new or restore windshield molding and trim?

New trim is NOT expensive through Toyota and will look better and last longer than any DIY I've seen. Costs about $150 for all trim brand new with clips. That being said, if you want to cheap out of the restore, Plasti-dip looks pretty good and might last a good while with a protective clear.

Can u use the R154 clutch in the w58

Flywheel belongs to the engine. So does the clutch disc. The pressure plate and clutch assembly are a part of the transmission. Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk

Bypassing heater core (loop or block off)?

When I worked at Toyota it was around $110 with employee discount. That was two years ago. Nevertheless, completely worth it.

Bypassing heater core (loop or block off)?

Thats my understanding. With the valve closed the coolant sits regardless.... That shouldn't be cause for a rise in temps. Is the radiator brand new? Can you ditch the taurus fans and restore the higher flow stock fan?

Driving unlawfully. How old are you?

And how thankful we ALL are that your license is suspended. If only that kept you off the roads... :nono: If you want to drive 120-150+ and think a car is going to waste, you may need to work your ass off to afford to be a member at a race track. Please dont turn the public roads into your...

Driving unlawfully. How old are you?

Yeah. I've had a couple flow calls as a passenger in the mountains and my mom wrecked her front end last year hitting a deer east of Castle Rock. They will *destroy* a car... Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk

Heli Coil thread (thread... get it!? ;-)

The kits come with all you need. Just match up the bolt and you're done. I've only used them on aluminum. cleanly tapping steel will be a little more work.

Driving unlawfully. How old are you?

I'm 24 and drive like a grandma most the time. My girlfriend gets annoyed. She says I'm "like one of those people with a fast car that drives all slow and never enjoys it." lol. I've got a perfect driving record and my insurance is Super cheap for full coverage. I drive fast sporadically, but...

Anyone on here ever own/drive the NSX?

I LOVE the Esprit and the Exige. A used Elise is comparable in price to the NSX range and a similar function car.

Anyone on here ever own/drive the NSX?

Miatas are cool. NSX's are on an entirely different level though. I've never driven or rode in one so I wont pretend to know what I'm talking about, but i'll simply add this: The NSX is and has been my realistic dream car for the last 5 years. Two guys in Boulder have them for daily drivers to...
