Doesn't look too bad from my view. I'd run heavier oil than normal, but that may be preferred anyways if you're aiming for that kind of power. IJ would have some great real world insight. He's mentioned building 7M's with a little extra clearance, but I'm not sure how much you want to aim for.
Jumper cables: bad
Missing tie down for battery: bad
Missing tie down for battery in the cabin: really bad
Missing fan shroud: bad
Engine bay shot: meh
Up your ad/photo quality, remove the cables and for fucks sake please get a tie down on that 60 lb death missile of a battery in the hatch...
Sales laws vary by state so we can't really advise that without knowing your location.
Shipping is done through an FFL (read: gun shop) for a (normally) small fee.
You may want to call up a local gun shop and see how they handle used sales. If you're completely unfamiliar with local laws it...
Mixed news this weekend. I got a new battery. I took my old one to get tested and it failed so I got a free warranty replacement. Woo!
Bad news, however, is that even after the new battery I got a code 43 after one start. I obviously have another problem causing the STA signal code. I drove...

Brakes have a few performance characteristics to consider:
-Braking Torque
-Heat Capacity
-Heat Dissipation
-Inertia
-Brake Balance
Which of these are you trying to improve? Until you know what you're trying to improve you might as well just throw racing...
Results on +B:
Ignition SW on - 11.1V
Cranking - down to ~7.5V
Results on STA tonight:
Cranking - Erratic down to 4V went from OL to around 4V to OL, back to around 4V then the car started.
During both start attempts the car took a couple seconds and started. Pretty normal healthy starts...
My battery is a Die Hard Platinum that has been great up until this winter. It had some trouble holding charge over the last few months likely because the car sat for pretty much all this winter and wasn't driven or disconnected. Now it seems to die off rather quickly.
You may be onto...
Pi, thanks. I didn't replace the CPS because of the code 14, but the code 14 led me to test the CPS, which tested bad. The G1 coil had resistance greater than a couple megs. The CPS was also leaking through the shaft even after I attempted a seal replacement. It was time for that to go, the 14...
Thanks for the feedback guys.
During my initial troubleshooting I watched STA as I cranked but the voltage moved around enough that my old fluke only displayed a couple voltages during the crank. TEWD/TSRM states it should be 6-14 and I only registered 4-5V while cranking. I thought it was just...
Alright SM guru's. I come to you seeking some knowledge. I have an intermittent starting problem with my 7MGTE. It's embarrassing and I can't seem to track it down.
Overview: Car will always crank ok, but will occasionally fail to start. This seems to happen more when it is hot or warm, but has...
Haha, not really. I had one in high school, but never got serious about it. I was told model paint would work well, so I bought a small bottle from a hobby shop for the needles.
Tons of pics in my lighting thread, here...
Don't mind the old Australian with no sense of nostalgia... ;)
I've also got full records including original window sticker and finance contract. I think it's neat having all that detail.

Yeah the sub frame bolts take some effort to torque. For a skinny guy they can be pretty tough to get to the needed 140 ft lbs or whatever it is. I had to plant my foot against the chassis and pull about as hard as I could to get it there. That's with a pretty big wrench too...

I swapped a w58 into my 88 GTE. No issues at all. You'll need a driveshaft from the w58 as well as its bell housing. Hardest part was probably fishing the clutch line through the right crevices without removing much else.

I've got a similar annoying resonance in the rear as well. My shocks are very old so I'm hoping that's the sole cause. It'll be tough to troubleshoot much until the shocks are replaced.
You can inspect all the rear suspension bushings and hardware as a failed bushing or loose hardware would...
I'm not familiar with civil cases like this, but is there a way for them to garnish wages?
If somebody owed me $30k I'd be hard pressed to let it go just because the cheater has no assets.
