haha, my exhaust rattles slightly, it's due to a worm clamp that someone put on the exhaust pipe to support it to the car, is loose and rattling on the pipe, and i can't get it off because it's rusted and frozen in place... :( I'll have to take some cutters to it ;)

That isn't leather, it's vinyl :biglaugh: And yes, they were reupholstered by the previous owner, so i'm not sure of the cost...but vinyl now is actually better than leather, it's more durable, and lasts longer...

that's a tough descision, but I would just build the Supra.... I drove an 88 RX-7 convertible, and it was BOMB, buuut i could barely fit in it (im 6'4.5") so i got back to to my Supra and slid in easily and comfortably...

my car has those exact problems with cold start, i am also interested in why this is happening... I have already replaced the CSI time switch sensor, and the ecu temp sensor, cleaned the CSI... didn't help at all, in fact it almost seems a bit worse... :(

that sounds like a pretty reasonable price, but i would still do it myself, that way YOU know how to do it, and you also know the condition everything is in, it's just better that way... And don't be scared, you've got supramania! If you are unsure about anything, get on SM first, you don't...

jeez, don't bother with those wimpy horns, the stock replacement ones make no difference...ask me how I know...;) Get the hella Twin-Tone Air horns, totally easy to hook up, cheap ($30 on eBay), and they make your Supra sound just like a Porsche or Ferrari! Here's the write-up...

does the car overheat too? lost any coolant? I haven't heard a story of a Supra not being able to idle because of a BHG... Doesn't seem likely that the cylinders are losing compression... I'm telling you that it sounds like a vacuum/boost leak, my car was leaking at the throttle body > int...

check the coupler that connects the 3000 pipe to the throttle body... and start spraying around with carb cleaner... It is also definitely possible that it is the igniter, just doesn't seem likely... How's your accordian hose? BOV hoses and vac lines?
