Hmmm... 2 HG's - One NA and one Turbo (NA one kinda my fault, turbo one not my fault). 1 4.30 LSD (worn out and grinding) 1 CT26 - Oil starvation, fried the bearing :( Those are the only major things I can think of right now.

That is exactly what is happening, it's a fairly common problem, I was able to take care of my erratic no-spark symptoms by hard-wiring it into the engine harness...I found out later that my problem wasn't the CPS itself, but the CPS connector had a bent/dirty pin(s)...so hard-wiring it may...
