Use the spare tire jack to raise the car up.
It shows everything on this diagram: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=FI&Page=2
The ACIS is labelled "TVIS" in someone's hand writing.
There should be two lines coming from the air tank...follow the lines from the FPR to the tank, and then follow the second line coming from the air tank to a VSV...that is the VSV that the ACIS connects to............
Ok, do this: Find the line that comes off of the fuel pressure geulator...follow that until you get to what the TSRM calls the "air tank" (not where it goes into the manifold)...then follow the other line coming out of the "air tank" to it's VSV...the other port on that VSV is where the ACIS...
I got that from the Cygnus site...there isn't a diagram for NA's...:(
And I am not sure how many they would have...I am guessing one for EGR, and one for Fuel Pressure, just like the GTE?? I am assuming that the ACIS valve lines go to a VSV...although they could run directly to the intake...
It's down underneath the lower intake manifold...you won't be able to see it, you will have to feel around for it most likely...that's what I had to do with mine...
Does this help?

I think the car looks somewhat better from behind w/out the wing...but it really changes the side view (profile) of the car...without the wing, the rear fenders just look too round or something...
I have never thought of it that way before...very true, the Supra definitely isn't for the majority of people...it takes a special kind of person...lol.
