New news.....i get in my car last night and it suddenly works, no grinding....what is going on? The car still in a sense bounces when i accelerate so is that from the clutch? why would it suddenly work? im so confused

well someone mentioned it could be spark knock...i changed the plugs but still am getting the reading just not as much. Vibration still occurs occasionally as well as mentioned above
If it was a HUGE boost leak like it would have to be if it was one, it would be very very audible and distinct....i know very well as i recently had one. I blew out the pipe connected to the turbo down towards the IC...Huge tear...and i actually still boosted just a little bit...and YES the BOV...

^well i pulled 3, the other three i couldnt get to w/o taking off the IC pipe and coils. The three i pulled seemed to be in great condition, but who knows, they may have lost their spark somewhat. I'm always weary about putting in cheap plugs but, right now can't afford the Iridiums or the step...

Ever since i've owned this car its had this. Whenever the boost goes above 1psi a fast paced, rather loud, clicking noise occurs in the general area of the ECU. Its really really getting annoying at this point. Any ideas what it could be and how i can make it stop?

port matching is NOT the way to go. completely changes flow rates and velocities. it has potential to make things worse depending how you do it of course and what parts you do it to...you just don't go around port matching things in your car b/c you think more air there is better. Thats not true...
