    Supra Wounds, lets see them...

Got so mad once while working on the 7M-GTE trying to get the rusted all to hell heat shield bolds off that I beat a 3/8" socket wrench until it broke. Cheap off brand though. No big loss. Adam

Flushmounts are one of those things where some people love them and some people hate them. I've gotten so many compliments on my 90 for the flushmounts I had (and that setup was nowhere near as nice). But at the same time I've also got a lot of haters on them. When I build my car, I remember...

The mouldings are up in the air, but the flushmounts are going in. I hate pop-ups and love flushmounts. Adam

Thanks Joe. I'll look into painted mouldings. Although if I do shave the mouldings off, I will make sure the rear and front area look propper. I'm thinking that if I do shave the moulding off, I will keep the front side markers (minus the moulding). Adam

ViR2. I don't care much for the side moulding. I want the body to be as simple and sleek as possible (no body kits). With the side mouldings shaved, the car will look much simpler, which is my goal. Adam

Quick update, the Supra will be taken off the road starting tomorrow (the Geo's back up and running tomorrow afternoon), and then I will work on getting the Turbo-A duct installed (molding it into the bumper using Tiger's Hair), relocate the battery, fine tune the suspension, install my...

You know you're a Supra owner when...

LOL^^^ I got Craftsman tools and a pair of tool and parts bags, along with a cool L.E.D. flash light that plugs into the cigarette lighter. My family really loves me. They told me to get rid of my no name crap tools. Adam

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Jose's Soapra build thread in his section http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58621 Rodel, I forgot to add that I'm all about simplifying my car. I'll be relocating the battery (just won a metal battery box on Ebay), installing much better flushmount headlights than my last...

    Project Clean 87

I need to get under my car and jack up the motor again, then clean out the hole with brake cleaner (non-chlorinated), then try and thread a bolt into it by hand. If that fails, I'll get some Loctite Form-a-Thread and make a new thread in the hole. Adam

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Ouch Rodel, bringing up something I'd rather forget. My 90 was a learning lesson for me. In case you haven't noticed, I've changed my path of modification. Right now I'm all about full trim, and returning the car to factory pristene condition (my parts list from the Toyota dealership is...

Why would I want to do a helicoil? Turns out my issue was the old oil filter's gasket got stuck to the block and I didn't realize it. Lost almost 2 quarts of oil in just 15 seconds. Adam

    Project Clean 87

Ok, I feel like a dumbass now. I didn't check to make sure my oil filter was seated properly, and when I fired up the car, oil came gushing out and I ran to shut the motor down. 3 foot puddle of oil under the car, and me mopping it up, not fun. Although I did get the oil pan off and pounded...

So long as the liscense plate is on the front of the car, (IE, the bumper somewhere), it's legal. Where it's at right now is legal. Trust me, I asked a cop. Adam

I know you remember my 90 Johnathan. I still remember the look on your face when you returned and said you weren't even on the gas fully. :D The stock liscense plate location is getting eliminated. I'm putting a Turbo-A duct repica there.
