Someone who does 70 miles a night New York City taxi style. Besides, gotta have an economical beater to drive around so that the Supra can get taken off the road for upgrades and repairs right? Even with my driving my Geo as hard as I do, I still get twice the mileage my Supra does on gas...
Don, both my stereo head units are in my house now (Supra and Geo's), along with my replacement GPS (left the mount and cord as they are useless without the unit).
I care to a degree. I want the paint to be fairly close if not an exact match to the rest of the car. Rattle canning it will have the same effect as leaving it alone, it will stick out like a sore thumb.
2nded. They could have easily looked in the bag and noticed it was school books and a binder and left it. Something must have scared them off because they only grabbed what was within reach of the passenger door in the front seat. I hope whoever broke into my car gets stabbed and dies a slow...
Got home at 1:30 AM, went to my car at 7 AM for school. Someone slimjimmed my passenger door and stole my GPS from the window and my backpack from the front passenger seat. My $1400 in CD's were left alone, along with my aftermarket stereo system and 4" pocket knife. I had to replace...
I do have a spray gun. I just want the door and fender to look pretty close to the color of the rest of the body. Even if that means putting down a coat of primer and a light sand job I'd be happy. I just joined a local car club and I want to show my car off at shows, but not with a red door...
I want to paint just my fender and door so they will match my car until I start prepping for paint in a couple months. I know there's a product out there that you can get that's color coded to match your paint code and you can get an aerosol device to spray it. Can anyone paint me in the right...
Same motor and tranny that's sitting in my 87. This was a few mods ago. You know you've done a good burnout when the fire department gets called :D

^^^ It's cold and rainy here right now. I have other things to do to the car right now besides work on cleaning up the engine bay. I will get to it, but it's low on my priority list.

Got a ton more sanding done today on the duct. 100 grit sand paper and a sanding board, plus a lot of hard work sanding. It looks really good, but I still have a couple spots on all sides of the duct to fill in then sand. Here's the pics.
Discovered that my propane bottle is 18 years old and that I need to get it replaced soon. One gas station refused to fill it up because it is so old, so I decided to just run it empty then replace it with a new bottle. The propane heater blasting hot right now, slowly heating up the garage...
I finally have almost a full day of free time to work on the Supra (ton of homework from my 4 college classes [14 credits] and working ~30 hours a week delivering pizza). The upper bumper part (the piece that had the emblem on it) is getting sanded down so that it's nice and smooth again...
