I recently purchased a 88 Turbo supra as a parts car. I didn't even think of the differences between pre 89 and post 89.
My question is how hard would it be to swap the 88 Turbo electronics into my 90 n/a? I have everything on the 88 and everything on the 90.
Just a small update
Cut out the rust in the passenger wheel well
Inside shot
The start of a patch panel
Nearly finished product, just needs a bit more tweaking.
Its just the general shape of a different patch. Needs a lot of tweaking to fit properly.
But I think im going to cut a bit more...
So this is my first build thread. Its a 90 Supra, 7M-GE, but here goes.
The not so bad side. (Which is worse than it looks when you get inside the wheel well)
The worse side
Inside, passenger side
It looks really bad, but a majority of it is just surface rust. Everywhere...
Ill try to post up some pictures within the week. The car isnt in my driveway so yeah.

Does anyone know where I would be able to pick up the inner and outer rocker panels for cheapish? I am willing to pay the 300ish for the pair, but would rather find it cheaper... obviously.
Thanks in advance
First off, hi. Im new here. Im backlash. I have a 1990 supra. Now that thats done with, on to the question.
How do you remove the rocker panel? It seems as if its one with the quarter panel... I dont see a seam anywhere. Mines awfully rusty and i want to replace it before it spreads... more.
