Okay, when i bought the car, it had a carquest oil filter on it. pretty much every time i would start it it would knock for about 2 seconds. when i changed my oil for the first time the filter was bone dry. i swapped on a ac delco filter. this made it so that after sitting for a day or two, it would then knock for 2 seconds. I finally went out and bought a puralator pure one filter. i let the supra sit for a day, then swapped the filter. bone dry. i started it and let it fill the filter with oil.
After all of this, i came out today and it knocked for 2 seconds after sitting for a day or two. This isnt just a tick or anything, its quite a knock. its really starting to annoy me. Any ideas on what I can do?
