i'll post the mcmaster part #s sometime....i made pretty sweet ones w/ SS heims and an Al turnbuckle. i used one RH and one LH threaded heim so you can adjust length easily (not that it matters).
far too much custom work involved for far too little return. the amount of $$ you'll pay will exceed the amount you'd pay for a nice sized "big turbo".....
you'll only get an error code if you have a '90+ cali car, they have a temp probe in the EGR valve.
there is no point in blocking off your EGR if you're just going to use those lame plates sold everywhere. EGR is NOT active @ idle or WOT, only under cruise conditions....and it improves...
as already said, how you launch/shift/etc. is totally depedant on YOUR car and YOUR mods. example: w/my current setup on DRs i launch on a 5k clutch drop after a 5 sec burnout, back in the stock turbo/street tire days i did a nice 3.5k slip and no burnout.....totally different techniques...
